Marketing Analyst

POSITION
Summary:
The Marketing Data Analyst gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborates with the Marketing team to identify key performance indicators and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
PRINCIPAL
Responsibilities:
Gathers, cleans, and organizes data from a variety of sources, including web analytics, email marketing tool, and the CRM system.
Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and outreach tactics.
Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborates with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators and develops data-driven tactics to optimize marketing efforts on traditional and digital channels.
Performs data segmentation and pulls lists for targeted email and digital campaigns that align with sales and marketing needs.
Provides recommendations for acquisition and retention marketing campaigns and initiatives based on data analysis.
Obtains and analyzes data from third parties to understand and act upon market data profiles and behaviors as related to the financial services and banking industry.
Stays up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for data-driven marketing.

REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
Experience in data analysis or a related field.
Experience in data visualization tools (e.
g.
, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.
), marketing automation tools, CRM systems and data in ad platforms (e.
g.
, Google, Facebook, DSPs).
Ability to manage workflow in a deadline driven environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is often performed in an office environment with frequent interruptions.
Ability to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, exchange information, move inside and outside the workplace for business purposes.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications, or equivalent years of experience.
MINIMUM PRIOR
Experience:
3 years in marketing, marketing research/analytics or related experience with strong background in data analysis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
