Operations Supervisor
Casella Waste Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor to work at their Salem, NH facility. The successful candidate will establish and maintain a high level of professionalism in the area of facility management and compliance. Responsibilities include supervision and training, driver scheduling and routing, and enforcing safety regulations. The ability to review and measure daily productivity to increase efficiencies is required. A strong commitment to workplace safety, OSHA and DOT regulations is critical. Good verbal and written communication and computer skills are necessary. Qualified applicants must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Requirements, possess a clean safety record, and a valid CDL license is preferred.
