AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Diamond Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac, is growing and due to huge demand we are looking for experienced Service Advisors/Writers.
Individual must be a strong multitasker who enjoys working with the public. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is helpful but not necessary. Position includes scheduling appointments, writing complete and accurate repair orders and analyzing service needs. Candidate needs to be able to meet the dealerships standard for customer satisfaction, hours per repair order and proper documentation.
Candidate must have flexible schedule to cover store hours including some Saturdays. Pay plan includes a weekly guaranteed draw plus a monthly bonus plan with an opportunity to earn up to $100,000.00 or more per year. Full benefits including 401k with company match.
