Diamond Auto Group is searching for proven F&I producers to join us in supporting our sales staff, while effectively building and representing our brands. Drive your career forward by joining Diamond Auto Groups best in class business team!
We have expanded and built a brand new state of the art Buick Cadillac GMC Showroom. We are in need of two Business Managers for our new store.

Excellent inventory of over 1,000 New and Pre-owned vehicles
As part of our sales management team, you will handle both new and pre-owned sales deals, maximizing finance income and product sales. F&I Managers are also responsible for:
Submitting applications for approval, contracting financial deals, accepting lease terminations and leasing new vehicles.
Responsible for securing financing for New and Used car sales while attempting to convert cash customers to finance and lease.
Ability to sell benefits of extended warranties, anti-theft devices,vehicle appearance protection, Tire and Wheel Protection.
Interact with customers and sales personnel with respect to finance and leasing arrangements.
Coordinating and arranging F&I Activities for customers and informing the accounting office of those arrangements.
To ensure that all transactions are handled in an ethical manner and expeditious manner to guarantee the quickest funding available.
Must maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Working with the accounting office to make sure registrations are done in a timely fashion.
Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating our mission and values during the finance process

Caring for your fellow associates and customer enthusiasm
2-5 years of experience in a dealership F&I Department and Sales experience
Current valid drivers license
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Must be able to give a proper menu presentation
Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
Understand tag and title laws; DMV
Enthusiastic attitude; team player
Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not required
$100,000 ++

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
