Customer Care CSR

TransCore, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a full-time Customer Care CSR to join our team in Auburn, MA .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Fulfill regular job duties of a CSR- assist walk-in patrons, establish accounts, research and resolve issues, perform account and transponder maintenance and process payments and add tag requests.
Answer phones and assist in other departments as needed.
Responsible for cashing out accurately, tidying work station at end of shift, and participating in weekend rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalence
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year customer service and data entry experience.
Must have solid data entry and accuracy skills.
Be able to adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned.
Excellent attendance record and superior customer service and interpersonal skills required.
Other Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
