Senior Director Healthcare Quality

We are looking for a Senior Director of Healthcare Quality to join a well-respected 700 bed, not for profit, Magnet Accredited, academic teaching hospital. This hospital is committed to providing award-winning high quality and innovative care.


Position Focus Senior Director Healthcare Quality

  • Provide oversight for 12 FTEs; position reports to the SVP Quality Officer.

  • This Director will develop and assess clinical quality and safety programs that support the health systems service lines.

  • Collaborate with service line leaders to prioritize opportunities to improve healthcare delivery throughout the health system.

  • Supervise Pay for Performance/ Reporting requirements to attain full annual payment updates/ healthcare reimbursement.

Requirements Senior Director of Healthcare Quality

  • Master’s Degree required.

  • CPHQ certification preferred.

  • 7-10 years of clinical experience interacting with physicians and service line leadership as a quality improvement professional.

  • This Senior Director will have experience in developing hospital safety programs, health care cost measurement, and moderating healthcare cost.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
