Human Resources Manager/Generalist

Tasks: As the Employee Human Resources Manager, you will: o Be a core part of the business strategy, not just the functional approach o Play a key partner / coach role for the plant manager and operations team o Lead with energy and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications o Coach and advise the plant manager and operations teams to achieve the best outcomes o Lead out in front in recruiting, selection, performance management, and career development o Partner with key internal clients to define roles and missions, design the organizational structure, and on organization effectiveness o Learn and adapt to changing situations to win for our customers, adapt practices with speed and finesse in socializing the change o Provide counsel in the design and implementation of compensation and recognition programs o Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics including interviewing and EEO compliance o Conduct annual reviews of organizational design o Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee attitude surveys o Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment o Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as required o Bring your own creativity and expertise to the role to elevate the capabilities and flexibility of the organization Requirements: Basic Qualifications: o Bachelor's Degree o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions both staff and client based with at least 2 years of experience supporting a robust manufacturing environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
